Faith Home Restoration Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, EIN 47-1556530. This page describes what this website collects and who receives it.

Newsletter

If you join the email updates list, we send your email address to Klaviyo and add it to the Faith Home “Email Subscribers” list. The list uses double opt-in. Klaviyo sends a confirmation email, and the subscription is not active until you confirm it. Updates can include ministry news, prayer needs, events, and ways to get involved. You can unsubscribe from any of those emails.

Google Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4, measurement ID G-40PRLEDD4E. The Google tag records a page view when a page loads. A successful newsletter signup sends the recommended event sign_up with method newsletter. A click on a Raisely donate link sends donate_click with method raisely. A successful program application sends generate_lead with method application. Those events are intended to be marked as key events and imported into Google Ads for Ad Grants conversion tracking. Google Analytics may receive your IP address, browser details, and the pages you visit. The tag loads from Google.

Donations

Online gifts are made at donate.faithhomerestoration.org, which is operated by Raisely. Card payments are processed by Stripe. This website does not receive or store your card number. A separate sync reads contribution records from Aplos and records a donation event in Klaviyo. That sync does not add the donor to the newsletter list and does not set email marketing consent.

Applications, contact, and volunteer forms

The program application asks for personal, employment, family, legal, medical, recovery, financial, and spiritual information. Social Security number is optional. When you submit the application, the full questions and answers are emailed to Amy Crawford at amycrawford@faithhomerestoration.org. The message Reply-To is your email address. You also receive a short confirmation email that does not repeat the application. Contact messages and volunteer signups are emailed to Amy and to board@faithhomerestoration.org, with Reply-To set to your email, and you receive a confirmation.

Each real submission is also stored as a backup in a private Amazon DynamoDB table so the ministry still has it if an email is missed. Submissions that fill the hidden spam field are discarded and are not stored or emailed. We use this information to review an application or respond to a message. We do not sell it.
